These terms govern your use of FirstAidFreeCourse.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

We provide free online first aid and safety education, knowledge checks, final assessments and certificates of completion. Please read our Medical & Certificate Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information, including the name you want printed on certificates.
• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Accounts are personal. Don't share your login or complete courses or assessments on someone else's behalf.
• Keep your password secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

3. Assessments and certificates

Certificates are issued automatically when you pass a course's final assessment. We may revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained through cheating, impersonation or account sharing. Certificate status can be checked publicly on our verification page using the certificate number.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer assessments, upload malicious code, or misrepresent our certificates as accredited or regulatory qualifications.

5. Content and intellectual property

Course text, animations, question banks and design are owned by FirstAidFreeCourse and may be used for personal, non-commercial learning. Embedded third-party videos remain the property of their owners. Reviews you submit may be published if you give consent; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them.

6. Changes and availability

We may update courses (content versions are recorded), features and these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. The Service is provided free and “as is”; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm resulting from reliance on the educational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Certificate verification records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
